Botanical Printing Cyanotype Kit

Cyanotype printing is one of the oldest camera-less photographic processes introduced in 1842. It is a non-toxic printing technique using UV light sensitive chemicals. Objects or negatives are arranged on a coated surface and exposed to ultra violet light, this produces beautiful vibrant blue prints which are then 'developed' in clean water & hung up to dry.

Our kit provides you with everything you need to explore the magic of cyanotype at home. It includes 8 pre coated A6 sheets (UV sensitive solution is already applied), a printing frame, botanical samples and instructions.
